How do I know my crystal is real?
Every stone in every bracelet is natural — not synthetic, not dyed. We source directly from verified suppliers in Brazil, and we can trace the origin of every batch. Your bracelet will show natural variations — inclusions, colour shifts, tiny imperfections. That's how you know.
What size bracelet should I get?
Measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. Add 1-2cm for comfort. Our standard sizes are 14cm, 16cm, and 18cm. If you need a custom size, select Custom at checkout and we'll reach out.
Wearing & Care
How do I care for my bracelet?
- Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
- Store separately to prevent scratching
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals
Do I need to cleanse my crystal?
Yes! I would strongly advise to do so. The most efficient method is to rinse it over with mineral water (not filtered water). I always use Evian water. Alternatively, you can place your crystal bracelets over the Selenite tower.
How do I set an intention?
Hold the bracelet. Think about what you're working toward right now — a goal, a feeling, a state of mind. That's your intention. Wear the bracelet as a daily reminder. The intention is yours.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We pack orders within 2-3 business days, and Singapore delivery takes 1-2 days after dispatch. International orders take longer depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and select other markets. Rates calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
