Welcome to Zenn Crystal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zenn Crystal website at zenncrystal.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About Zenn Crystal

Zenn Crystal is a Singapore-based brand selling natural crystal jewellery online and through physical pushcart locations.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

  • Natural crystals are unique. Every bracelet shows variation in colour, pattern, banding, and inclusions. The product image is representative but not identical to the piece you'll receive.
  • Colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and natural stone variation.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing or product information errors at any time.

These natural variations are part of the product and do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

We accept payment via:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The product is out of stock
  • There's a suspected fraudulent transaction
  • A pricing error has occurred

If we cancel your order, we'll refund any amount charged.

5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges we received your order — it does not yet constitute acceptance.

Your order is officially accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, delivery times, and policies are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (when we hand it to the shipping company).

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page and our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Summary: 14-day returns on unworn items in original packaging. Natural variations in crystals are not grounds for return.

8. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom items (including custom sizing, special crystal combinations, or made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or were sent in error.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photographs, and brand assets — is owned by Zenn Crystal or our licensors and is protected by Singapore and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

  • Browse, view, and share our content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Save product images and share them on social media with attribution to @zenn_crystal

You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute our content commercially without permission
  • Use our images for resale or advertising other products
  • Modify, copy, or sell our content
  • Use our brand name, logo, or product designs for any commercial purpose

10. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, accounts, or computer systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or copy Site content
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • We provide the Site and products on an "as is" basis without warranties beyond those required by law
  • We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or products
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

13. Health and Wellness Claims

Zenn Crystal bracelets are jewellery, not medical devices. We do not make medical, therapeutic, or healing claims about our products.

References to "energy," "intention," or traditional crystal properties on our Site reflect cultural and historical associations only. They are not promises of physical, mental, or emotional outcomes.

If you have any medical condition or concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zenn Crystal, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We'll note significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

16. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Returns policy, form the entire agreement between you and Zenn Crystal regarding your use of the Site.
