We want you to love your Zenn Crystal piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
What we accept for return
- Unworn bracelets in their original condition
- Bracelets in their original packaging
- Items with the original cord intact (not re-strung or modified)
What we can't accept
- Bracelets that have been worn
- Items damaged through wear, contact with chemicals, or improper care
- Bracelets with broken or modified cord
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless they arrived damaged or incorrect)
- Sale or final clearance items
How to return
- Email us at hello@zenncrystal.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief reason for return
- We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions
- Post the bracelet back to us in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If the wrist size isn't right, we'll exchange it for a different size at no extra charge — just let us know within 14 days. The bracelet must still be unworn and in original condition.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. In those cases, we cover all shipping fees.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your bracelet arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including all shipping costs — as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear in your account.
Crystals are natural
Every natural crystal is unique. Slight variations in colour, pattern, inclusions, and clarity are expected and part of what makes each piece its own. These natural variations are not considered defects and don't qualify for return.
